The "minutes" of CSD Board meetings are intended to record the official actions taken by the Directors at meetings.  As required by California law, the Board can only act on items listed on the published agenda.  The minutes are listed below by date, and are posted after they are approved.  Draft Board meeting minutes for a particular meeting are normally posted for Board approval at the following regular Board meeting, on the Board meeting page.
